Cool stuff from the web
We all like a surf here at Rock Towers and we're never happier than when we find free stuff to play with out there in the wibbly world of the web. To kick off with, and in honour of our newest best friends (again) America - we're sharing this cheeky tool developed by the clever peeps at pastemagazine. The Obamiconme. It's an homage to the election posters of Mr Obama before he ruled the world. Makes us feel quite inspired.

A president has never had so much pressure coming in to office. I read that Michelle is annoyed that there are already dolls of their kids.

Yes the dolls looked like the kids and had the same names as them but the makers denied the link - what a nerve!
But, I guess that's all part and parcel of being the First Family, they used their kids in their campaign so should they really be able to get picky when the brand association goes the other way?

Thanks to our 'maverick' webmaster, MumsRock has entered the modern age by joining Twitter.
We're ridiculously addicted and I'm personally wondering when I'm ever going to find the time now to find out what happened to the real Libby Kennedy (in Neighbours)... I know.

One of our soon-to-be vendors Wornagain has told MumsRock about the clever new site - www.thenag.net
it does lots of cool things like send you a monthly eco-nag (come on you know you need it!) but it also lets you send a nag to your favourite high street clothing store to ask them about their own eco-credentials.
Purse power the way we like it!

This is essential viewing/listening for anyone who has had a child....although possibly not for the ears of any of the children in question!
