Accessing our site

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Competitions
From time to time Mumsrock.com will run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on this website. These are subject to additional terms as outlined below:
The competition is open to UK and Eire residents only. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. All qualifying entrants who answer the question correctly will be placed in a free prize draw. Winners will be notified within 28 days of the draw taking place. The competition is not open to anyone associated with Mumsrock.com. The judges’ decision is final. There is no cash alternative to the prize. Details of winners will be available upon written request.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These terms of use are governed by English law.

MumsRock, the MumsRock logo the R'K device and mumsrock.com are Trade Marks of MumsRock Ltd.
Variations
We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.
